Jetwave Industrial Equipment, a leading Australian owned manufacturer of High Pressure Cleaning Equipment uses Honda engines exclusively in the production of its comprehensive range of petrol driven machines.
The standard range of machines features a wide variety of models ranging from small 4.0hp (GC135QHU engine) machines operating at 1,750 psi through to large 24hp (GX670TXF V-Twin electric start engine) machines operating at 5,000 psi.
Other critical components such as high pressure piston pumps and accessories are sourced from the Italian suppliers Interpump and Annovi Reverberi who are two of the world’s largest manufacturers of reliable, high quality plunger pumps and accessories.
The latest addition to an already extensive range of pressure cleaners is a Petrol Driven Hot Water Pressure Cleaner, namely the HW200-15PH model.
This model uses a 13hp electric start GX390 Honda engine combined with a 2 to 1 reduction gearbox and produces 3000 psi working pressure with a 15 litre per minute flow rate. A 3kVa belt driven generator is used to power the boiler which is fuelled by a large 30 litre diesel tank.
All electrical components and the operator are protected via a residual current protection device. Other features include:
• An intake water strainer ensuring that large particles within the water supply are not drawn into the pump
• A thermal valve protecting the pump from over heating
• The use of chemicals via an injector to make cleaning an easy process
• All components are housed within a durable powder coated tubular steel roll frame with 4 pneumatic tyres
